“Excellent gift for the rugby fan! The service is also excellent with Sandra able to amend my message when I had made a couple of errors. The gift arrived just in time for Christmas - I live in the north of Scotland so are subject to delays and additional charges from couriers! I would strongly recommend that the company changes to Royal Mail or Parcel Force to ensure a guaranteed delivery rather than rely on doubtful carriers who are not bothered if the scheduled delivery date is not met. But for this point the service would have received a well-deserved five stars!”
