“Wanted to order this when I was on holiday to coincide with my son in laws birthday and so waited until I returned and left plenty of time for delivery. I received an email confirming delivery for 19th to 21st February which was ideal.
On 20th February I received a message saying my order had been despatched which is concerning as this is already 2 days into the delivery date.
When telephoning all they can tell me is that the order is sent out by Royal Mail and should arrive in two days, they seem unconcerned it will not arrive on 21st February.
Fortunately it did arrive on FRiday and I was able to give it to my son-in-law in the evening. Well packed and looked excellent but attention to ordering details is required.”
