“The standard of the personalisation was very poor. Just a piece of paper with the inscription typed on and badly stuck on the inside page.
I think too much glue had been used as it had bubbles and didn't lie flat.
Also the quality of the copy of the newsprint was poor on a lot of pages, quite blurred making it difficult to read.
For what it was I thought it was overpriced.
By about £10.
Service was speedy though.”
