“The product was a birthday present, was well-received and well presented in the gift box, with plenty of content.
However, as is evident by other reviews, the good perception of the product and response by the company was badly let down by the very poor Royal Mail delivery service (1 star only because they did eventually manage to deliver it!) , which delivered 3 days late, gave no tracking information on their website and the parcel was merely left outside the house on the day (thankfully not raining) when I was at home to receive it.”
