“Idea is great but a few suggestions for improvements. I am a size 16/18 and the strap barely fits around my hips - this should be made to fit more sizes. Secondly, it would be great if a pocket came as standard for keys or a phone.”

Hi Alicia Thanks so much for your great feedback! Firstly, I just wanted to check that you are fitting it correctly - it is designed to fit snugly around the waist, rather than the hips (despite it being called a hipseat!) and shouldn’t slip down at all – that way it gives the essential lower lumbar support. Secondly, our hipseat was designed for a wide range of body shapes and we do offer an extension for extra comfort. On the subject of a pocket we do have a separate hipseat pouch for carrying essentials – and we would be happy to send you one as a thank you for your excellent feedback – we always welcome product improvement suggestions!
