“Stil haven't received my order which was placed before Xmas was told it would be next day delivery but nothing then was told 28th but still nothing. So not great if you ask me.”

Hi Adam, I have checked your order details and the shipping option selected by yourself wasn’t a next day delivery service. Having checked your tracking number it seems as though Royal Mail took the parcel to the incorrect delivery office so the parcel needed to be re-routed to you.
