“The order was not confirmed until I chased customer services. When the order arrived the product was not that advertised- the size was completely different. On contacting customer services, the error was acknowledged and a refund was offered but the tone of the reply was grudging regarding reimbursement of the return postage costs. Ithe postage costs were more than that offered by the company and I have asked fir full reimbursement. I am awaiting my refund”
