“These extensions feel better than my own hair ^^ They are super soft and the color is truly beautiful and corresponds to the color shown by the picture! Easy to clip in, they perfectly stay in pace the whole day! They do lose a bit of colour when washing, so a shampoo and maybe a mask for coloured hair must be used, but this was expected on my part (and customer service had warned me as well). Customer service was extremely kind, professional and very responsive and also very knowledgeable! Turned out, they were right on the spot when they suggested the amount of extensions I should buy to achieve a specific effect I had shown them! Would absolutely recommend!”
