“The first thing you read is that if you take it out of packaging you can’t return it, you can’t actually see it unless you take it out of the package! This item is not fit for purposes for my hair as both colours are nothing like it says on the site. It’s not been used and will probably never be used, unless I can sell it on, which I doubt very much. All in all, I am not a happy customer, so now I have lost around £56”
