“This is one of several things I've added to my daily routine to help with pain in my hands and inflammation. After PT (which I am now doing on my own), I've been focusing on strengthening my body with supplements to increase my balance and strength. This is one among the supplements I've been adding over the last month. Perhaps it will ultimately work. The combination has made my hair thicker and removed the grayall of which are wonderful, but not on the list of benefits I was looking for. The most important thing is that my gum discomfort has gone away, indicating that SOMETHING I'm taking (or a combination of medications) is reducing inflammationI only wish it was faster it would hurry up and act on my joint pain! I can say that the product does not cause indigestion and is not "fishy."”
