“A supplement like this will not be a quick fix if you have high blood pressure. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to see whether there was any effect, and my conclusion is this. Some moderate improvements have been related to the supplement. I had already been exercising, eating a healthy diet, lowering caffeine usage, and so on, and despite all of this, I was still trying to lower my numbers, which I did by a margin of 5-7 points. I imagine this is something you'll have to do over time. It does, however, show some potential.”
