Hi Tomas, Thanks you for your reviews. I am very sorry that you haven't received your replacement items. I have investigated and gave you a call to discuss. My sincere apologies, when you spoke with Cathy on the phone she was happy to exchange the items but was unaware that they had actually been received and therefore did not dispatch your alternative items as quickly as she should. This was missed communication between our warehouse and office staff and I am very sorry for the delay.
