“Loved the sunglasses but broke them within the first 30 days, which meant that they were in a guarantee to be replaced for free. While Nadine got to me initially, promising that she would send a replacement pair to me, I've never received them even though I followed up repeatedly with her. Very disappointing as it was a gift to someone I care about. I do not recommend buying as the customer care team seems to be unreliable (I've sent a total number of three emails, in the span of three months, following up).”
“I love these sunglasses! In the past, I had a couple of pairs of folding sunglasses, and you could always see where they bend/fold when wearing them. Hexton glasses bend in less obvious places and it’s not very noticeable. Also, I really appreciate how perfectly the case fits the sunglasses.”
