After you confirmed that you lost my purchase you told me that it was not possible to replace it. When i tried to reorder, the price was increased by 15 eur. Absolutely disgusting treatment of your long time customer. I will never order anything from you and will discourage everybody to do so. Now you want me to send you a picture of the order? Are you guys normal?”
