“I have used this testing kit before and feclab laboratory is excellent. The test is carried out over 3 days for the worm and lungworm . Very easy to do, 4 pots are provided, along with gloves!!!. You complete a form with all your pets details, email address and telephone number. A pre paid royal mail track 48 is given with the pack for you to return the samples back to the lab. Within 48 hours I had my results. One of my dogs unfortuatunly showed a moderte egg count for tape worm, because of this I received a text to my phone informing me to check my results. The lab is very helpful and will advise if you prefer the natural route to contact Vermex or they have a consultant who will advise on the best chemical product. My vet was going to give me the wrong worming tablet and would not have killed immature and mature worms, so it is worth speaking to Feclab advisors. I will be retesting again in 21 days.”

Many thanks Josephine for leaving this review and I am sorry to hear that the results were slow in coming back to you. We have spoken to our Lab partners and they confirm that they received the sample on Monday 8th January and the results were emailed on Tuesday 9th around lunchtime. So I believe the delay could been caused with Royal Mail as I know they were pretty busy straight after Christmas clearing the backlog from the Christmas / New Year period as well as dealing with the large volume of orders going through the network from Companies who had been shut down over the Christmas Period. Hopefully if you do use a test kit again, the turnaround should be quicker. Regards Kay
