Additional Information - Dorwest Tree Barks Powder
Administration: 1 teaspoonful per 10 kgs bodyweight daily added to food, or live yoghurt or mixed with liquid.
Can be increased or given with each feed if required for more severe cases.
Use during pregnancy and lactation: Yes
Age from which can be used: From weaning
Interactions: Can be given in conjunction with any other medication
Long or short term use: Can be given indefinitely if required
Special warning: Due to the wide range of intestinal disorders some of which may be serious, it is recommended that veterinary advice be sought before using this product or if the condition fails to improve.

“This product is fantastic! After spending over £800 for blood tests, stool tests and fat free food this stuff works better than anything my vet gave her. I give it to her twice a day and her stools are perfect for the first time in 6 months. Our vets couldn’t agree if she had pancreatitis or not as she didn’t have any of the classic signs, just very very loose stools. I will continue to use this on a regular basis as it is natural.”

“An absolute must for your dog cupboard. This stuff is pure gold! It will help calm everything from an over indulgence tummy upset to gastroenteritis. It won't kill any nasty bugs your dog may have picked up & it won't stop them going (like Imodium or similar for us) but it coats the gut to calm the irritation & inflammation that causes the urgency. It's also perfectly safe to use with antibiotics. My elderly dog suffered badly with stomach upsets that despite tests, the vets could never diagnose. This kept it under control when she had a bout & minimised her discomfort.”

“An absolutely fantastic help for my dog with sensitive tummy and pancreas issues. If she scavenges, she has this in next meal or two and it really works. It smells a bit of herbs but she eats it readily mixed in food. It seems to protect her from being really/dangerously ill as she used to be. Motions are fine with this and not loose. I couldn't ask for better and would heartily recommend it!”

This is a great product and a must to have in the cupboard if your dog has a bout of diarrhoea (and in the recovery period afterwards) as well as intestinal and digestive issues.
