“The 5ml stipulated for my 10+kg. Puppy would seem to have been too strong as she developed raised pink spots around inside top of legs. There may be another cause. Will consult a vet in another week or so if not improved”

I am sorry to hear this. I will liaise with you directly on this matter. This is certainly an unusual response; although occasionally you will get reports of dogs suffering from an allergy to one of the ingredients but this would be very rare. In this instance stop taking the BNM and then once the symptoms have subsided then consider reintroducing very gradually to see what happens. It could be that your dog has suffered an allergy reaction to something else which has just coincided with them starting the BNM or indeed they may be having an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in this product.
