“These had our rottweiler Lola happy and occupied for ages AND she had really white teeth after. Highly recommended, especially seeing as they are completely natural and don’t contain any added sugar so great for weight control too x”

“Items delivered; I bought 15, were totally different to what was on webpage. Web page showed dark brown deer hide rolls and I was sent pale brown deer hide rolls. My dog would not look at them, despite having four rolls in the go. I reported it to customer service who said they would ring me back after speaking to supplier, but never did. Don’t throw your money away with this company, they don’t care what they send and will not help with a query.”

Sorry for the delay in responding to this review and sorry that your dog didnt take to the deer hide rolls. These are a natural product and the colour can vary from batch to batch. They are a seasonal product - sometimes the colour can be much lighter, as well as varying in size. I am sorry that you did hear from us. We did follow up with you by email on 21st December at 16.58 confirming that we had checked with Anco (who we purchase the product from) and that they hadn't had any other reports with the batch that you had purchased. We don't like to hear that customers are unhappy with any product that we sell, so we also offered to arrange for these products to be returned for a refund. We have now added to the product description that the colour can vary from the main product image we show. Regards Kay
