“Haven't had to claim (yet - thankfully!) but after a field accident earlier this year which cost me over £800, I took this cover out as soon I heard about it! I've been a Gold member for a while now (again, never had to claim, but gives me a little peace of mind), and it was a no brainer to take out this cover too. As HH are such a long established company with excellent customer service, I'm hoping that if I ever have to claim, they'll make it as easy as possible for me :)”
