“I would give 0, if it was an option. I was initially impressed with the speed of delivery and the rug. Unfortunately, the first night my horse wore it, it leaked right through all over. It was only light rain. Harry Hall have advised that these rugs are only showerproof (not waterproof as advertised) and will not offer a refund within my Consumer rights. Avoid if you want a dry horse! They will only offer to have it back for testing up to a light shower level, which is no use to me. The customer service has been poor, which is sad as it was not my previous experience.”

“The rug is general is ok, however there is no adjustment option on the front buckles and it is almost impossible for my poor horse to put his head down. He is a fit (not fat) 15hh Welsh D, I thought this rug would be well made but it just doesn't fit well at all in front, I think if I bought the same rug for my other horse's (different size) they would all have the same problem. This rug has now gone in the lorry to only be used at shows when the horse won't need to put his head down!!!! Disappointed.”

“Lovely rug but unfortunately I should have read more about the fixings, the front, isn't buckle fixing in the front. My pony will break the clips in time. So unuseable. Sad.”
