“This rug is not waterproof or water repellant in my experience. After some heavy rain the rug was extremely heavy. You can leave most turn out rugs on for a few hours and the horses body heat will normally dry them out to a large extent, but not this one. It was dripping for ages. I took photos of the rug but could not demonstrate the dampness of the lining by photographs.”
