“Chiropractor keeps mentioning horse has tension in poll area. Have used 4 times now and feels immediately more relaxed in training. Will be using for hacks too, impressed so far and will look at further products now.”

“Hard to tell, but it seems to be effective at reducing poll sensitivity. My horse is fidgeting in the bridle less when ridden and less shy of having his ears touched.”

“I have used the poll guard 3 times, for short schooling sessions, it seems to be helping but need to go on a hack before I really know. I usually buy size full, but read a review that they come up big. So I got a cob and it fits well, and was easy to fit.”

“I have to admit I bought the Protechmasta Infrared Poll Guard very sceptical that it would have any positive influence on my horse 's way of going. But from the first time of using it the muscle knots on one side of her neck disappeared, and her contact with the bit improved. Now it is a permanent part of my tack. However I do wish the Velcro tabs on the top of the headstall allowed for the greater width of modern comfort bridles.”
