“They are lovely gloves, very smart and warmly lined, but disappointingly they are also very small. I bought medium for my son and myself (my son's previous gloves are medium) and I could barely get them on so I returned to exchange for large. They don't actually feel any bigger at all than the medium. I've decided to keep mine in the hope that they will give a little with use but my son and husband couldn't even get their hands inside the gloves, and they are not big men. I think perhaps they are not really meant for men although they are not described as ladies' gloves. They do have a little bling after all. However, as a smallish woman (I'm 5'2") they ought to fit me easily. It's such a shame but maybe they are labelled wrongly. The returns process was very easy though, and it was so nice to be able to just ask for an exchange instead of going through the rigamarole of getting a refund and then reordering which often happens. It certainly makes me feel more confident about ordering items in the future.”
