“Bright and plenty of reflective strips. Bought this for the summer as it had pockets. Sizing recommended a large (to fit 16) and it does no problem with plenty of room to spare. Also line that it's a zip front rather than velcro.”

“Lovely tabbard over the head but does have front zip sides have elastic and adjustable Velcro fasteners which makes it more adjustable especially for larger ladies like myself”
