“Within a month the Insole broke away from boot, stitching ripped on liner, zip snapped off and because I had to use the laces so much one frayed and snapped, finally material part of boot that goes up leg came away from hard foot part of boot. This not only happened on my pair but everything apart from zip and lace happened on the same boots I bought for my daughter too. Really disappointed.”

“The boots are comfy and look good but it was disappointing to find both boots had frayed laces. Not enough to have to pay to send them back but annoying all the same as I now have to buy new ones.”
