“AIR...... it is now Friday 10th September ...still nothing. I've ordered from several other places, all delivered, and the VAT removed. I had a similar problem with another company that did not reply. In the end, I asked Trading Standard to sort things out. I was credited within 24 hours. Will this be a repeat. I wonder if I will get an answer today?”

“Well made and good quality breeches, wore them for a 16 mile ride recently and they were very comfortable and washed well. Like the colour too, bit unusual !”
