“Still have yet to receive order almost 1 month after placing order. Shocking customer service. No communication back to explain why and even after two emails to customer service no product and no explanation.”

We are sorry to hear you have not recieved your parcel. All our orders are packed by next working day and shipped with our courier, usually delivering within our 3-5 days. The peak volume our couriers are currently experiencing due to Black Friday, Christmas gifting and Royal Mail strikes is causing delays, but they have commited to deliver prior to christmas for those parcels already in the system.
