“I was nervous as there are so many reviews. I did extensive research from other 12 online suppliers, all with similar sounding websites, online turf, turfonline etc. I am incredibly happy with the price and quality (and even timely delivery). The men laying it even said its a premium turf compared to what they normally lay. Overall super happy almost 2 weeks in and still lush and green. Would recommend and use again. Oh yeah, shout out to Jade in their customer service team as when I called to ask to make sure there was no plastic etc. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you”

“The turf was delivered as arranged and had clearly been freshly cut. 90% of the load was of excellent quality. However, the remaining 10% had been damaged in the cutting or loading process and was pretty much unusable. Quality control needs to be better. When I buy 100 rolls of turf I expect to be able to use all of them.”
