“Admin, communication and delivery service very poor. My initial email communication was ignored and I wasted a days holiday waiting for a delivery that did not arrive with no communication at all. Turfonline wanted to pass responsibility for their haulier to me and generally were disinterested. The promise of a delayed delivery “first thing” the next day then arrived in the early afternoon after another wasted morning. The unexpected can’t be helped and all it needed was a phone call to let me know. The turf however (it was Heritage Mix not Roof Meadow) looks excellent and has taken well. I’m looking forward hopefully to next Spring.”

“The turfs arrived quickly and were in very good condition. I could not believe how many flowers were in the mix as well as the size and vibrancy of the grass. It excelled my expectation and I was very happy. The mix was on a thick bed of soil and was very heavy. Once at the spot they were easy to lay and everything sprang up to vibrant life within a day or so. Most happy.”

“Bought a meadow mat about a month ago. It arrived promptly and was easy to lay. The quality of the meadow is very good and I am impressed. It has started to grow already and the flowers are coming through beautiful. I recommend this company.”

“No problems with the meadow mat Just make sure the ground is ready and it lays easily ... keep watering it in, and in 3/4 weeks we have a wild flower patch at the bottom of our lawn..it looks brilliant”

“The meadow mat was delivered on time on a pallet. It hasn't really established itself yet but it does look very full of grasses and wildflowers embedded in the turf so we are hopeful for what it'll be like later in the year.”
