“We ordered our delivery of turf and employed a man to lay it. We were given a time slot of 8-11am. We waited until 11am and no delivery-rang the office and they said there was a delay and it should be with us in 40 mins. Then the delivery driver rang us himself and said it would not be until 1.30pm. So we had to pay our turf layer an extra days wages as by the time the turf was unloaded-most of the day was gone. We did get an apology and a refund of the delivery charge-but it did not cover the financial loss nor the frustration. The quality of turf was good though and the grass is beginning to look nice now :)”
