“Products arrived on time and well packaged. However, despite my twin children having feet sized junior 2 (they're actually just under a 2) I had ordered size 2.5 to allow room for growth. However, the shoes were too small and when I measured them accurately they were between and 1 and 2, not size 2.5 as shown. I sent a message to Harris to query re returning them and postage, however, nearly a week on and I'm still awaiting a reply. Not great service and not a great product either (at least for size accuracy anyway).”
