“I lost about half of my hair as a result of my sister dying of cancer and so I started the pills about the time my hair started to fall out. A month or so later I would say my nail strength improved and they grew pretty quickly too. My hair is a difficult one, but after 4 months on the pills it feels thicker. It's hard to say to be honest, but I'm going to order more pills either way and see how I go for the next few months.”
