“I suffer from IBS so was a bit wary of taking these as iron tablets prescribed by the doctor on previous occasions have not agreed with me. I currently have regular blood tests as my iron levels are low currently. I was taking the liquid form of iron but I would forget to take this, as I would need a pair of scissors to open them, a cup to drink it from etc. So, I thought that I would try these tablets as I can take them before bed every night with my other medication. I have been taking them for about 3/4 weeks now and they have not caused me any issues. A few reviews mention comments about the tablets could do with being coated but I find if you take a big gulp of water as soon as you put the tablet in your mouth, it is ok, they don't leave an awful taste in your mouth like the liquid iron does.
