“Great product, but Phonak as a company should know better than to assume everyone has binaural hearing loss. I had to buy a set of 2 same-coloured hearing aid hooks when only one was needed. At very least they could sell mixed packs. I was pretty disappoined with that. (The hooks themselves are great)”

Hi Pauline, no offence but you gave a 3 star review for a product you think is great when you knew you were buying a two pack. If you didn't want to buy a two pack all you had to do was not purchase if you were going to feel so disappointed? Because of the logistics of supplying such a small product a single hook would be £4 or £5 anyway once you took into account postage and packing, surely its better to pay £6 for a pair?
