“I bought this specifically because it is for hard of hearing. Whilst I have not used it that much it does seem to deliver. Unfortunately I did have an issue with the phone as the handset would not connect to the base. I did everything as required by the instructions and still the handsets would not work. Amplicomms have a helpline which is a chargeable number so decided instead to go back to HAB. They sorted me out pretty quickly. It appears there was an issue with the handsets which requires a special code to allow them to pair. After I put in the code the phones worked fine.”
