“Disappointed that the packaging did not look very secure. The bottle was sealed but looked a bit grubby. There is no use by date which surprised me. It felt comfortable when applied. However, I developed an ear infection 2 days after I started using it. It could have been a coincidence but I decided I could not risk it so threw the opened bottle away. Hence the low star grade. At the moment I don't think I will consider using again unless the packaging is improved and there is a use by date printed on the label.”
