“This is the tool you need to remove the little pin in the phonak hearing aids to allow the RIC/RITE plug to be removed. The tool is the exact dimensions required and worked a treat. My RIC/RITE broke at the plug so needed to be replaced. The tool made the whole exercise less expensive than going to the hearing aid centre and it took me less than a minute!”
