As discussed over the phone, we have received the dowels back today, upon inspecting the dowels they are the correct diameter ordered (attached photo). As you mentioned on the previous phone call you had placed an previous order on our eBay page. I have located this order and that order was for 15mm diameter not the 12.7mm hence the difference in size.
