“I haven't used much of the dowel but it is high quality, precision made (I tested with a micrometer) dowel. One slightly curved at one end but perfectly usable and par for the course of a natural wood product.”
“This is advertised as having a +-0.4mm tolerance, but roughly 50mm in from each the end tolerance is worse than -2mm. This seems to be a known problem but is not mentioned when you buy, and they don't care to do anything about it”

Thank you for your review, The dowels do taper by about 0.5mm on each end around 5-8mm in, this is due to the sanding process after machining the dowels, we are currently sourcing new machines to get around this. We did reply to your email offering a full refund but received no response.
