“A great idea however I found it very hard to use, I put it under the water and it didn't soften or lather on my hands so wasn't sure if I had any of the product on my hands to put on my hair! My hair was very knotted and hard to comb through after washing, which made me think that perhaps none of the conditioner had come off the bar hmmm”

Hi Kerry, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with your Glos Conditioner Bar - Hydrating. We hope our products work for everyone but we appreciate that this is not always the case. 1. Apply after shampoo. 2. Soften the conditioner bar between wet hands. 3. Work product through hair, focusing on midshaft and ends. 4. for two minutes. 5. Rinse thoroughly with cold water to close the hair cuticle. OR 1. Apply after shampoo. 2. Rub the conditioner bar directly along the hair, focusing on midshaft and ends. 3. Slide your fingers or a wide tooth comb through the hair for even distribution of product. 4.
