“This product is useless as it has no lather at all, and even if you massage it into wet skin it does nothing, and therefore is only fit for the bin. This is very disappointing as all the other products I have tried have been excellent. I contacted Gruum about this issue, and they assured me they would refer my comments to their product development team. If they tried using it themselves it would confirm what I said. I sincerely hope this product is withdrawn to prevent anyone else wasting their money.”

Hi Janet, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the overall 'lather' of the Tvatta Shower Gel Bars. The Tvatta Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. “Of all the samples I received via a Senior Rail Card offer, this is the one that puzzles me. On the back the blurb talks of creating a lather but a reply from customer service explains that there is no lather at all. The product supposedly cleans without creating a lather. Call me old fashioned but I prefer a lather. I'm left unconvinced by the performance of the gel bar. All the other Gruum products are good but not this one. So what do I do with the 3 or 4 other gel bars I was sent? They smell nice but I end up using more traditional soap bars for certain areas, even the Gruum body was bar.”
