Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that the Kyra Gentle Face Wash Bar didn't work as expected. It should lather, but its a very light, creamy lather so it does not strip and dry the skin. We also do a kyra Gentle Face Wash in liquid form which creates more of a lather than the bar if you prefer more of a lather. “I haven’t been using Gruum for long, but I ordered it as I got a voucher from buying a calendar. My skin is so so so smooth and nourished! During this time of year, my nose gets so crackly and dry, but so far, using Gruum I haven’t had this issue!! Will definitely be ordering again! You guys are fabulous!”
