“Absolute gorgeous hand cream, smells great and soaks in well. The packaging is so awful I can’t buy again. The bottle is so rigid it hurts to squeeze it. Probably okay if you’re young and strong. Lots of wasted product.”

Hi Jo, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It's great to hear you love the smell and feel of the händ Hydrating Hand Cream. I'm sorry that the bottle is hard to use, some people find it useful to leave the bottle upside down for a bit to get more product out so maybe this might be useful to you. Regarding the design of the plastic bottles, we have made them that way to make it easier to fit them into a package and deliver them through a letterbox. This helps us reduce our carbon footprint by not sending multiple parcels. However, we understand your concern and are actively looking into ways to improve the design.
