“This was very calming when used as a face spray and I thought it worked just as well as prescription anti-anxiety meds. I’d highly recommend”

“I have tried multiple Gruum products but my favourite by far is the Lavender (lugna) Calming Spray. Every time I spray it on my pillow, it makes me a whole lot happier. When I wake up the next morning, I don't remember much of trying to go to sleep, it just happens so easily!”

“Smells nice and does help with relaxation. I only wish that it came out as a fine mist, too much product comes out and it soaks the face. I had to wipe some away as it was dripping down my face.”
