“We were initially very happy with our dish and it worked as advertised until we bought some wonky soap. We had the white dish. Some of the wonky soaps were very dark and they stained the surface. In trying to clean the dish as it was hard to remove the stains the surface has now become pitted and bits of the dish keep coming off on our soap. This is a real shame and would be great if it can be resolved.”

“My last review wasn’t published - it appears only positive reviews are published.. and not sure I believe the positive reviews… This is a poorly designed product. It requires water to flow away from it, not possible on the majority of sinks where the dish itself is flat. It looks awful within a matter of days with black splodges, and white crumbly stuff, despite cleaning regularly. Do not recommend.”

“Was a nice dish but don’t do what I did and put in the dishwasher for cleaning thinking it was a normal soap dish!!”

“The products are well packaged , totally recyclable. Smell great , gentle but effective last three months with dish purchased for the soaps . Serun gel is easly applied & melts into the skin instanly .”

“Love the concept of this soap holder, but am disappointed in that I have to put it on the sink for the hand soap and it has gone discoloured and ruined. Given that these dishes are £8 each, I think for a hand soap you really need a dish that won't have to be thrown away due to how it looks. Will not be repurchasing again”

“I have been using this soap dish for about 1 year now for my Conditioning and Shampoo barsand have been very happy with it. Unfortunately it is now stained badly with some black marks which I can't remove.”

“Unfortunately this beautiful product just isn't fit for purpose. The dish discoloured almost immediately and sort of started crumbling. It was quite hard to keep soap from sticking to the dish and it looked mouldy within a month despite regular cleaning. In contacting customer service, they advised to keep it away from moisture between uses.. well, it's for wet soap and it's on the side of my sink.. so it's clearly not practical for its purpose. If there were ridges on the bottom of it perhaps it would drain away better/ air out inbetween uses... but sat on a flat surface, as our sink is, the water can't escape. This product needs some development. They provided a replacement (to an old address, as they sent out before telling me.. but it was clearly going to do the same thing), sent me a credit note and then eventually refunded me after asking if that was my preference. A little bit of a shambles... though they were obviously trying. No intent to harm the business through this review.. but the reviews below don't reflect the reality of the product”
