“Fine but doesn't lather enough to get enough in your hands to cover hair”

Hi, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to get enough product from the conditioner bar. Admittedly solid conditioner can take a little more getting used to than solid shampoo, especially when we have gotten so used to tipping a lot of liquid onto the hair. They don't lather/foam as shampoo bars do, so it can help if you put the bar into some warm water prior to use, so it starts to dissolve a bit and release more product. Also, when using a liquid conditioner we are often advised to get rid of excess moisture, but that's not the case with a solid conditioner as they are water activated, so best to keep the hair really wet for application and leave it in for a few minutes before rinsing. “Absolutely love your coconut conditioner and shampoo bar. I wasn't expecting much, I received it as a promotional deal through LNER but I am a fan now. The shampoo bar lathered up really nicely, cleaned well but wasn’t harsh. The conditioner bar I thought wasn’t going to work but it did on long hair, you just run the bar along the hair and the conditioner applies to your hair. Environmentally friendly and better than my other products, well done and thank you Gruum!”
