Hi Helen, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to get enough product from the conditioner bar. Admittedly solid conditioner can take a little more getting used to than solid shampoo, especially when we have gotten so used to tipping a lot of liquid onto the hair. They don't lather/foam as shampoo bars do, so it can help if you put the bar into some warm water prior to use, so it starts to dissolve a bit and release more product. Also, when using a liquid conditioner we are often advised to get rid of excess moisture, but that's not the case with a solid conditioner as they are water activated, so best to keep the hair really wet for application and leave it in for a few minutes before rinsing. “I really like Gruum hair products. The conditioner bar is my favourite as it does wonders to my hair, lasts for months, and is easy to pack in my frequent travels (I have a gruum shampoo tin and cut my shampoo and conditioner to place half a shampoo bar and half a conditioner bar in the tin so they’re convenient to bring on travels).. It takes all’ovest than conditioner cream to apply but once you get the hang of it it is relatively easy. I must admit that unlike the shampoo, I normally don’t finish the last little scrapes, but anything bigger than 2*2*0.5cm works just fine, smaller than that it’s a little difficult. My hair is straight-ish, very thin with wavy and frizzy areas, but with the nourishing conditioner it becomes soft and silky without being weighted down. I’ll continue buying this as my go-to conditioner.”
