“I am more than impressed with these products. I ordered the free set along with a set containing a conditioner, comb and tin. The shampoo and conditioner are simply amazing, and I really wasn’t expecting them to be. My hair is coarse, long and thick and with these two, it feels clean, light and incredibly soft. The shampoo lathers up really well and actually squeaks when rinsed. The conditioner takes a little effort but once throughout my hair, combes through really easily, as with traditional conditioners do. I am now a convert!”

“Firstly I love the coconut smell of it. I was thinking it might be a lot of faff to use but actually, having been using it for a few weeks now, I find it just as easy to use as the shampoo bar. It just needs a little warming in the shower water (only takes a few seconds) & I also use my hands to warm & rub it, then run it and my hands through my hair. I have long thick hair so it does take a lot of conditioner, but the bar seems to be lasting reasonably well and the condition of my hair doesn't feel any different to when I used liquid conditioner. The bar takes up a lot less space than a bottle and is better for the environment. The only negative I have is that its the same colour and diameter as the shampoo bar, the only difference in appearance is that the conditioner bar doesn't have rounded edges, but that is less apparent as the bars get more used, so it could be easy to mix them up. I keep them at oppsite ends of my soap dish & so far haven't mixed them up.”

“Very hard to apply. I have short hair but stragling to cover hair. Also dosnt feel norished after using like other conditioners.”

We appreciate your honesty and we apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience you may have experienced whilst using the product on your hair. I will include some tips on how to apply to see if this makes a difference in using your conditioner bar. 1. Apply after shampoo. 2. Simply rub the conditioner bar between wet hands. 3. Work product through hair from root to end. 4. Leave for two minutes. 5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water Or 1. Apply after shampoo. 2. Rub the conditioner bar directly along the lengths of hair from roots to end. 3. Slide your fingers or a wide-tooth comb through the hair for even distribution of the product. 4. Leave for two minutes. 5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
