“I quite agree with another reviewer, the product is great but the packaging really unhelpful. It is made from such thick plastic that it is really hard to get any out, and that's when it's full and has been standing upside down in the hope that gravity will help. By the time it's nearer to empty you might as well give up. Why it can't be sold in the small glass bottles, the same as the gel serum, I have no idea. I try to re-pot it but it just doesn't move. I have emailed gruum about this before but the response seemed to imply my email hadn't actually ben read properly. Such a shame.”

“Very nice moisturiser. Feels heavy at first but is absorbed really quickly and...no spots after use (like so many moisturisers) Bottle difficult to squeeze. Are your fill chips biodegradeable?”
