“Hallo Simon I'd heard that bar shampoos were a good way to use less plastic, but hadn't come across any in my local shops at the time. I was offered a free Gruum bar when I signed up for an online service. I went for the coconut bar....loved it, and evangelised about it to all my chums. When it finished (after a number of weeks) I tried another brand - which wasn't in the same league, so am now awaiting you almond variety. Wonderful product.”

“Excellent service and the nourishing shampoo is great! Highly recommended. I tried other solid shampoo bars and they left a horrible glue like residue but this one leaves mine soft and ready for conditioner.”

“Nice soap shampoos. My hair is not too greasy or dry after using this. As i do sports i wash my hair a lot, so i needed something natural, this seems to clean well and balance the moisture.”

“The coconut shampoo was my very first purchase and it’s lovely. It gets really foamy and my hair feels very clean. Also I used to get dandruff and A sore scalp I assume from nasty chemicals in previous other brands. Been using the bar for about 4 weeks my scalp is clear from flaky skin and sores it really has helped me ..... personally I recommend the product!”

“I bought the lemon shampoo and love it, a little goes a long way., and really cleans my hair, rinses very easily no residue.Going for the coconut now, sure it will be as good. I bought the shampoo tins to keep the bars tidy.”

“I've now tried 6 different shampoo bars, gruums has been the best by a fair way. They smell lovely, and larther really well, so much so I forget I'm using a shampoo bar.and my hair hadn't been as notty. I love that they're plastic free and natural ingredients, no nasties. Highly recommend and if you sign up to regular shipping its very reasonably priced.”

“I’ve been having these products for a while. The coconut shampoo bar really suits my hair. It feels softer and easier to manage than using my usual shampoo. I big plus is no plastic which helps the environment. We all need to make small changes to hopefully make a big difference”
